Raving Reviews!
Debbie was a wonderful host! She took the time to meet up with us at the house and give us a run through of expectations. The house was beautiful and in a very nice side of town that was incredibly close to the Fairgrounds (which is what we needed). My corporate group loved everything about the house!

The place, the location, and the owners were as good as they get!

I loved the whole house. Really feels like home and it was so close to everything. The house was in two parts which worked perfectly with a big group.

Debbie's house is great - it's about a 10-15 min drive for all the main spots in Dallas which made getting around the city very easy. She is a very thorough walk through with us upon check in. I docked a star because she made my husband rather uncomfortable upon arrival which affected the first day of our stay.

This cottage was perfect and Debbie was the best host! She greeted us at check in with freshly baked cookies. I asked if she had some big pots and pans since I would be cooking for a lot of people and she made a special trip to bring some over to the house before we arrived. Great location! Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. I loved it so much. Had a great bbq in the backyard with my new niece. Thanks for everything.

Debbie is an amazing host. She is such a kind, genuine person. She helped us get settled in and really took care of us. I would absolutely stay with her again. Thank you again for everything Debbie!

Was perfect for sleeping lots of people and the house is beautiful. The yard was also one of my favorite things about the place, and starting the day with some coffee on the patio was great.

Everything was great and went very smoothly. Hosted for a group of friends and it was so nice and welcoming. It's worth staying here if you want a place in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We loved everything about the house. Debbie even left cookies at our doorstep in the middle of the week, a really kind gesture! Would easily stay here again.

This place IS PHENOMENAL! The description posted fails to show how beautiful the house is. It comfortably sleeps multiple guests and has ALL of necessities. Deborah is amazing, she greeted us at the door, showed us around and offered suggestions about activities nearby. She also called/texted several times to check on us and was quick to fix anything we needed. The best part is how centrally located the house is: we were able to Uber everywhere which is perfect for avoiding traffic and/or tolls. Since this was only my 3rd visit to Dallas , it was important to be so close to so much. Deborah's is the ONLY pace to stay in Dallas, you will love it!

Debbie and her husband were great! They were always available for anything we needed. I would recommend this home to any one with a large group wanting to stay together but not wanting to sleep on an air mattress or couch.
- Kayla, July 2017
Debbie and Paul were great hosts - responsive, kind, and accommodating. The house was as advertised and served our group well for the weekend. The only challenges we did run into were typical older home issues (doors that would get stuck, etc.). Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable weekend and stay!

Awesome house with plenty of room for a large group. Close to a great nightlife scene if that is what you are looking for.
